Our Story
In 2008 Transformations Landscape Development Company (“TLD”) was Incorporated by Conray Rolle. Our company’s motto is fittingly “Doing it right the first time.” Focusing on commercial and residential developments of all sizes. Conray’s vision is to build TLD’s brand as the go-to choice for landscape projects that require quality and excellent execution.
Throughout his career, Conray has pursued countless certificates and designations. His insistence on standards, quality, and controls prompted him to form The Bahamas Landscape Association (BLA) in 2009, whose purpose is to promote skill, training, and certifications in Landscape, Horticulture landscape design, pesticide control, and other related certifications within the Landscape trade in The Bahamas. Conray presently serves as Chairman of the BLA.
