Executive Director

Conray Rolle

Conray Rolle is a well-known leader in Landscape Development that brings strategic focus, vision, and execution to large commercial and high-end residential projects. His expert knowledge of the trade is complimented by solid project management skills and a hands-on approach that allows him to bridge the gap between Developers, Architects, Contractors, and Laborers. This translates to projects that are delivered on time and within budget.

Born and raised in Nassau, with family roots in Cat Island, Bahamas, Conray inherited his passion for Landscaping from his father.

The latter taught him the business from the ground up. Getting his start in the beautiful gardens of Nassau’s exclusive Lyford Cay community, Conray quickly learned that quality and luxury should go hand in hand. He was committed to be set apart from his peers by ensuring quality was always at the forefront of everything he did.

His pursuit paid off when he was hired as a Project Manager for the Development organization of Kerzner International “Atlantis” (Sun International at the time). Working alongside Engineering, Architects, and project managers, Conray oversaw the Landscape Installations of Atlantis’ Phase 2 and Phase 3 developments, which were massive undertakings. By the end of his 15-year tenure with Atlantis, Conray had risen to the rank of VP and led a team of more than 120 employees and contractors. His department managed all the Landscaping and external facilities for Kerzner’s properties on Paradise Island and managed Paradise Island’s Roads and Infrastructure Utility. This scope earned Conray more Resort Development and significant landscape installation experience than almost anyone in the region.
